What is CrossFit?

CrossFit is the principal strength and conditioning program for many law enforcement, military and many professional athletes around the world.

Our program delivers a fitness that is, by design, broad, general, and inclusive. Our specialty is not specializing. Combat, survival, many sports, and life reward this kind of fitness and, on average, punish the specialist.

The CrossFit program is designed for universal scalability making it the perfect application for any committed individual regardless of experience. We’ve used our same routines for elderly individuals with heart disease and cage fighters one month out from televised bouts. We scale load and intensity; we don’t change programs.

The needs of Olympic athletes and our grandparents differ by degree not kind. Our terrorist hunters, skiers, mountain bike riders and housewives have found their best fitness from the same regimen.

Getting Started

Getting started is simple at New Day CrossFit!

The first step is to call or email us to set up your FREE week of introductory sessions. This allows you the opportunity to meet us and find out what we do. If you decide that New Day CrossFit is for you, the next step is to enroll in our On-Ramp introductory course.

Your safety is our first priority at New Day CrossFit. To ensure a high level of fundamental instruction, we limit the number of athletes during the intro course, minimize distractions and pay maximum attention to your individual needs. We require all of our prospective members to complete at least 3 weeks of On-Ramp classes (unless you test out!). In the On-Ramp Course, you will learn basic CrossFit terminology, a sampling of our program and how to perform the fundamental CrossFit movements safely and effectively.  This will ensure a seamless transition into the Group Workouts after completing your On-Ramp Course.
