Mobility Mashup is an updated version of our Mobility class where we focus on preparing our body for a workout. We accomplish this by utilizing the movements of the WOD and mobilizing these specific areas in order to perform effectively during the WOD.

Each athlete conducts 2 rounds of 90 seconds of total work consisting of:
30 sec press
30 sec push press
30 sec push jerk
With empty bar and continuously running clock

90 sec rest in between rounds

12 min AMRAP
5 Diamond Push Ups
10 Kettlebell Swings (24/16kg)
20 Kettlebell Deadlifts
