The On-Ramp training program is a required set of classes designed to successfully help the newer athletes better understand the philosophy and methodology of New Day CrossFit as well as the 9 fundamental movements (Air Squat, Front Squat, Overhead Squat, Shoulder Press, Push Press, Push Jerk, Deadlift, Sumo Deadlift High Pull, and Medicine Ball Clean). The movements we perform are unique and we take extra care in the beginning to show you how to do them properly. We slow down the pace and really dive in to the technique behind each movement.
CrossFit is a group physical training program that uses various types of exercises and training methods to develop overall fitness. Our classes will combine the fundamental movements with gymnastics, Olympic lifts and cardio exercises.
The class consists of: Group Warm-up, Skill / Strength Training, WOD (Workout Of the Day), Cool Down
Lunch Bunch Boot Camp is a group physical training program conducted by certified instructors, personal trainers, and former military personnel. Our program is designed to build strength and fitness through a variety of intense group intervals over a 1 hour period of time. (Currently Unavailable)
Open Gym allows athletes to come in and work on a skill, make up a missed WOD, etc. A coach will be available to assist you during the Open Gym time frame.

The Big Kids class will be more structured and will focus on advanced body weight movements as well as more challenging WODs.
We offer two classes:

They may have the opportunity to move up to the Big Kids/Teen class. The choice to move a kid up or keep a kid in the Lil Kids class will be a joint decision between the coach and parent.

What is the New Day Barbell Club?
NDBC was started as a way to help people improve on their strength along with their Olympic lifting technique. This class is a supplement to normal CrossFit classes, NDBC will provide you an opportunity to enhance your skill, expand your knowledge, become stronger and more confident regarding the Olympic Lifts.
This is your chance to forget about working for time, and focus on the technique, skill, and strength building for the lifts. ALL SKILL LEVELS ARE WELCOME!
Why Olympic Lifting?
As CrossFitters we often get asked, “Why Olympic Lifting?” Olympic lifting is extremely important to overall improvement in CrossFit. This is 100% true if you are looking to compete and be successful at competing in CrossFit.
By practicing the Olympic Lifts it helps to increase power and explosiveness. In addition, by practicing high level skill lifts like the snatch this in turn should make less skilled movements easier to complete. If we can perfect our clean and jerk then we certainly can perform a Wall ball shot better.
Is the Barbell Club for everyone?
YES! The NDBC is a class for novice and experienced lifters to work together to improve each other individually as well as a community. If you are willing to work hard, listen to the coaches and fall down and get some bumps and bruises, this is for you!
When is the Barbell Club?
The Barbell Club meets Saturday’s at 8a.m. As the Club grows, so will our schedule.
How much does the New Day Barbell Club cost?
There is an additional cost to participate in the Barbell Club. For current members looking to join the Barbell Club it is only $20 a month. For non-members the current drop-in and Punch Card rates can be used to attend the class. As the barbell club continues to grow it will eventually become its own membership, but those who join at a certain rate will remain at their rate as long as they stay active.
