Facts about Steph Varga -
First workout was Fran in 2007. Fell in love with CrossFit while I lay in a pool of my fluids, gasping for air. I love helping athletes maximize their potential and have been actively coaching since 2013. When I am not CrossFitting, I'm either playing Army at Fort Belvoir, or at home, enjoying some combination of bourbon, beer, and grilled meats.
