I am 29 and I’ve never worked out. Will I be able to get a good physique and muscle mass even if I start at this age?

The day you decide to start focusing on you and begin working out and eating healthier is the correct age to start. I say that as we all travel through life at a different pace and we tend to focus on a few things like our health, family, and occupation.

I made a decision to change my health in my late 30s and took my first CrossFit class. CrossFit has changed my life for the better! My health was trending downward prior to CrossFit. Focusing on my fitness in the gym and improving my eating habits was the best decision I made for me and my family.
