SCHEDULE OF CLASSES
Functional Fitness is a strength, conditioning, and overall fitness program consisting mainly of a mix of aerobic exercise, bodyweight exercises, and Olympic weightlifting. It’s a strength and conditioning program that is constantly varied utilizing functional movements executed at the appropriate intensity for the athlete. Our program is structured around the 10 components of physical fitness: cardiovascular / respiratory endurance, stamina, strength, flexibility, power, speed, coordination, agility, balance, accuracy.
New Day CrossFit’s Youth Training delivers a total body fitness program specifically designed for kids and teenage (ages 5 to 17). We make fitness fun – no two workouts are the same so it’s never boring! Our workouts are scalable for any individual at any fitness level. That means our program is inclusive, appealing to kids and teens of all levels of experience and maturity, and includes those with special needs. We take the time to get to know each child individually. Kids will feel welcome, included and supported in our classes.
NewFit is our high-intensity interval training (HIIT), core-focused program. We have taken our experience with functional, results-oriented fitness, removed the heavy barbells and complex movements to create the perfect program for new and experienced athletes.
The Barbell Club is a specialty program of New Day CrossFit that focuses on improving the Olympic lifts, and Power lifts. Our program is designed for all levels of lifters, whether you are looking to compete on the platform or a beginner just looking to improve.
The Heroes & Girls class will be taking on a different CrossFit Hero WOD or one the CrossFit Benchmark Girls WODs.
