Built Around You
Personal training at New Day CrossFit is individualized from the first conversation. You’ll sit down with a coach, map out what you want to achieve, and train in a way that works for your schedule and your body. Some members use personal training to build a foundation before starting group classes, others to hone specific skills—or just because they prefer a focused setting.
Sessions can be 30 or 60 minutes depending on your needs, and if you want to bring a partner or friend along, we offer semi-private options too. No matter the format, we make sure you’re moving with purpose and progressing toward something that matters to you.
