Strong athletes are built in the off-season. Our youth sports training program helps kids and teens develop proper movement, strength, and coordination to support their performance on the field, court, or ice—and reduce their risk of injury along the way.
Strength for Every Sport
Our Youth Sports Training in Lorton is all about building strong foundations—both physically and mentally. We coach proper form on key strength movements like deadlifts, presses, and squats, using light or bodyweight resistance first to lock in control and technique.
From there, we layer in agility drills, core stability work, and explosive movements like box jumps or sled pushes to build power, speed, and confidence. Whether your child plays soccer, basketball, hockey, or lacrosse, this program supports athletic development that shows up in their sport.
Sessions are small group-based and one hour long, giving every athlete individual attention in a focused, coach-led environment.
