If you are at all satisfied with your physical self, and you don’t feel the need to push yourself or be pushed by others to be more than you are right now … then don’t go to New Day.
If you do, you will be welcomed into a community of fitness that is dedicated to getting better every day. You won’t be allowed to settle for mediocrity, and you won’t be allowed to rest on your laurels. The owner, Kevin Jackson, and his team of coaches focus on you and help you become better than you were yesterday.
New Day is a small box, but a big family. When you walk in, you are greeted by outstretched hands of the members of the box who genuinely want to meet you and get to know you better. They will push you to do your best on day 1, and the camaraderie and motivation lasts for as long as you’re with them.
Your current fitness level is inconsequential. Kevin and the coaches help you scale the movements and the weights you use based on you and your goals. It’s a great place to join or just drop in. In any case, you should give New Day a try if you are ready to make a lifestyle change or step up your game. I joined … and now I’m gonna cut some of this bacon off my back.
Awesome CrossFit gym for those who are new or trying to get back into CrossFit! Kevin and all the coaches are really great and care about your overall well-being. Been here for 2 months, and the gains and improvement to my overall fitness is really amazing!
I would definitely recommend this box to anyone! It’s a very family-friendly box that doesn’t give an intimating feel like some other boxes may give off. The community is great, and you’ll make a lot of good friends there! If you are reading this and would like to hear more of my personal experience, please feel free to reach out to me on fb! =)
As an injury-prone runner, I am always looking for good cross training opportunities. New Day provides total body conditioning in a fun and supportive environment. Kevin and Jess are fully invested in their students’ well-being. I’m having a blast getting stronger every day!
